Same for me, I joined through Aerial and gave them my bank details thinking they would sort out a DD but unfortunately I didn't pay attention to the small print that I had to do it. There are no details in My o2 Business for me to be able to pay the bill, and with the inability to phone out I can't get it sorted. Stuck in the position now of having to get a PAYG SIM when I get paid on Friday so I can call them to get this sorted.

@Dave62

Unfortunately as soon as you become a customer of Aerial, you are no longer a direct customer of o2, so everything has to be done by the scam artists at Aerial Direct..

They won't. Just sent me a link to o2 Business. I'll have to give o2 a try anyway.

They seem to do that now....referring people back to O2

You could download Skype and ring the 0800 number given above

Guide: A Guide to Skype

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
