Hi,
is anyone else having the problem that needing to change contract details on exisiting numbers, and wanting to do this on-line rather than use up operator time, the system search for the phone number in question yields "no results found"? I need PAC codes for two numbers, and neither of them can be found on the on-line system. They were identified quickly enough when O2 invoiced me for usage two days ago!

You can't text for pac if you have more than one contract on your account.
