New order

I set up a business account on Friday night (it’s now Sunday) and ordered a new contract. I signed the loan agreements etc and got an email saying my order will be on it’s way soon but haven’t received anything since. Is this normal?

The next thing you receive will be a despatch email with a tracking number, stock permitting.

@Lucy94 As you say, it's Sunday. You did this on a weekend. You probably received an automated reply. I'd be extremely surprised if you heard anything before tomorrow.
