Iphone - No Service, SIM not provisioned

Hi, hope somebody can help.

I smashed my Android work phone so popped my SIM into an old unlocked iPhone 7 but I'm seeing No Service and SIM Not Provisioned in the network settings.

I've tried the usual fixes; iOS update, reset network settings, toggling AIrplane mode on and off etc..

The SIM works fine in other phones and also I've tried other SIM cards in my iPhone 7 and they all work fine. (if it helps the SIM has been used a while back in an iPhone without issue)

It appears to be a problem with my business SIM not connecting to O2 only on the iPhone..

My IT department is closed until Monday and I really need to use my phone.

Has anybody ever seen this and is there a quick fix I can do?

Thanks in advance

Jason

I'm not familiar with iPhones @JHB70  so I will mention @MI5  or @jonsie  in the hope they can help.

@JHB70

Sounds like a sim lock on your business sim to prevent misuse if lost or stolen.

Our company does the same.

Your enterprise manager will need to authorise the removal of the sim lock.

Thanks

That makes sense.

I managed to get hold of another iPhone a few minutes ago and it does the same thing. The SIM only works on Android phones so could they have blocked iPhone use?

I guess that's possible.
