If your contract is managed by a 3rd party you need to speak to them, as you don't have a direct relationship with o2 and they wont be able to help..

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu

If its about your contract you cant, as the CS etc is all managed by them.. So you are not an o2 direct customer..

 

This is not customer services either...
