Hello, I've cancelled contract about 2 months ago but I'm still being charged. I tried to contact CS but it seems that everything is shut down. How do I get this issue resolved?

Have been trying since morning, it seems O2 is gone. Tried FB & Twitter too. No response. It seems Webchat is dead too.
