I have most my phone, and called O2 this morning to ask them to divert calls for my personal phone. True to form, they've messed it up and now I have no divert in place and the line is dead (this number is not available).

Is there any way I can set up a divert without having the device or going back to the support team.

Long shot I know...

Unortunately not.

Report it lost and O2 will send out a new sim with your number on it Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it
