I've just been told that O2 Business does not support the Apple Watch to make calls. Is that the case? If so, when will it offer this basic service. If I change all of my accounts to a consumer contract, I can have it straight away. That is not a possibility. Any advice would be most helpful.

That website is the Consumer website and not the business site, which is where you should have looked if on a business contract.

Bare in mind you need to buy a bolt on to use the watch, and most companies dont want there employees adding things to the bill., hence it is not available on business contracts.

Also the big spending Enterprise Customers dont want it, and I have yet to speak to a peer on any network who has ever had more then 1 request from an employee..

If you are a big enough o2 customer or you employer is then get it logged as feedback via the Account Manager...
