@Jasper3

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

@Jasper3 If you want to avoid problems like this in the future, set up a Direct Debit, which you're supposed to do, and there's no reason not to.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Pointless sarcastic reply, if you knew our situation because our cards were stolen while away you might change the tone you respond. But hey jump the gun and carry on the amazing responses you provide

You will need to speak to o2 as they wont know you have had your cards stolen... But to do that you will need to use Skype from a laptop or mobile device connected to Wifi and Speak to Payment Management on +44 800 902 0217

Just be aware if payment is late o2 will charge you £6 late payment fee, and if the account is already very late they will cut you off.

What do cards been stolen have to do with Direct Debits the 2 are only linked by your Bank Account.

Sounds like an excellent reason to have a Direct Debit set up as that is one less thing to worry about when something happens the other side of the world.

Do you have Travel Inclusive on your account as that includes Mexico

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
