I have been a O2 business customer for some years and have recently noticed that O2s network has ground to a halt. The network checker confirms this as and says use Wi-Fi . I have been given the option of buying a Boost Box. I know the older ones use to be 3G only. Does anyone know if the latest models support 4G ?

The boostbox provides a 3g signal which a 4g phone phone can use.
Remember, this is only for calls and texts so 3g is fine.

Thanks for the reply . That’s what I thought . But I recently saw on You Tube a O2 Boost Box Model Nokia SS2GEI. This model supports 4G. I saw a recent review which stated that O2 boost box support 3/4G. Trying to get any sense out of customer service is like trying to pull hens teeth.

o2 are killing them off, now that WiFi calling is available on all contracts, Consumer, SME, and Enterprise.
You also had to be a business customer to get hold of them.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
