How bad is the online experience for a customer????

I'm a business customer trying to swap to my new sim, the option isn't in "my o2", there is no phone support, I can't find out how to start a online chat, basically tough luck. I'm no technophone, I run a digital agency and I find it incredible that with all the resources at your disposal, your website and online experience for business customers is so poor. Its like it was developed by two people, in seperate rooms, that were never allowed to talk to each other, one had the keyboard the other one had the mouse?!!?!?!?
