for some time now i have been using apple iphone 11xr and my voicemail has been taking my recorded message without any difficulty. Approx 2 weeks ago without any ideas at the time this facility just stopped working and despite all my efforts i just cannot get it working again. having spoken to o2 and receiving confirmation that the account is in order no one seems to understand why its not working.
The phone is up to date with software ios 14

Did this coincide with an upgrade or tariff change?
If so, you may not have iData enabled on your account.
Also check your apn to ensure it is "idata.o2.co.uk"
You can also try texting the word STATE to 9011, this will reset the mailbox without losing any messages.
