I've had my iphone for about 2 months. I originally had a HTC Sensation that I really didn't get on with so switched back to my old iPhone4. I had problems when I first started using it where it wouldn't connect to the internet. Went to a o2 shop and it was sorted in about 5 seconds. But Tuesday (9th) it stopped working again. I haven't changed anything, haven't formatted it or anything.
Went back to the shop and no one knew what had happened, Then I saw that people were having problems anyways and assumed it was because of that. That problem has now been fixed... And I still have no internet/data.
I've tried changing it to mobile.o2.co.uk and wap.o2.co.uk... no difference.
Someone help? 😞
Thanks

Indeed I have. I've tried everything I've seen suggested. Still not working.
Calls are okay. Texts are.. sluggish. I get them through every half hour or so in a bundle.

Apparently so. Where I live has always been fine with signal and data... until now.

It's a fairly new phone. I got it replaced last october.. used it till febuary and put it away... So if it is a hardware thing, i'll be pretty angry 😕
(nor do I have the money to put it for repair... I'm a student with very little money ha..)
Thanks anyways ^_^

Does the HTC have a.micro SIM like the iPhone? If not did u trim it yourself?
Might be best to order a new SIM from cs and give that a go.

I've had this problem on my iphone4. I just restored the phone from itunes as new and then popped in the SIM. After that all was ok, data, texts and calls. Note I had to restore iOS6 since that was the only option available via itunes.
