why does my phone freeze is it because the internet is slow or is it my phone

Ok let's get serious and throw some possibilities at the OP.

Have you used up your data allowance and are being throttled.

Have you updated your phone software to the newest available.

Turn your phone off for a few seconds and turn it back on. Give your sim a clean.

Check the 02 online status checker to see if one of your masts are down in your area.
