missing Iphone accesories

Hello

so yesterday i upgraded to an iphone 12-like new  got sent the incorrect charge cable 😞 bit gutted as there's no charge to it and cant get out to get a new one. Huffff. trying to get hold of some sort of customer service is impossible as it leads me back to the usual problem solving questions. so, how do i speak to someone to have a charger sent to me to complete the order?

 

sorry for the monday morning moan. im not usually this annoyed so easily

i actually meant the charger cable. fully aware chargers are no longer sent, so obviously wouldn't expect one. Received a cable for the older models, but the question was who to speak to.

Its now resolved as spoke to an online agent eventually who was incredibly helpful

Apple dont provide chargers anymore so not sure why you would expect one from o2.  All you should get in the box is a cable. 

 

Also it won't normally come in an apple box, most refurbs dont.

All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I’m shocked that O2 would send a old 32 pin lightening connector. I’m also surprised they had one around as those bad boys were obsolete years ago! Can I check you have the new lightening cable and wasn’t epecting a USB C connector which most none iPhone and some iPads come with?
