Hi all,
I pre-ordered my iPhone 6s+ early on the preorder day. I got confirmation emails to say my order has been received and I am seeing an order number when logged into My O2 on the web.
However, when I go to check this status I get an error message that this page is currently unavailable. It's always been like this and isn't getting fixed, I'm starting to lose confidence now.
O2 support are telling me that "we don't know why the website says that". They did say that they have my order but I don't seem to have any way of tracking it.
Is there anywhere else or somebody else that can help me find this info?
Thanks,

As we said before ...the time to worry is about the 24th/25th if you have no further info re tracking etc.
Each area of the country will be different. Some places will have received their allocation ...others are still waiting.

I ordered mine on 18/09, and last night dropped and completely broke my 5s, so I'm praying for a miracle that mine arrives on Friday haha

That always happens somewhere when the couriers mix up the parcels.
Not sure AT&T will be happy about her posting all over twitter though

Nothing for any of us in the UK to get excited about @Anonymous. It was in the USA...(before anyone jumps on the wishing bandwagon)

Spare a thought for that guy in Australia camped out before it was even announced so he could be the first in the world to own one.
