iPhone 6s+ order status still broken

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all,

I pre-ordered my iPhone 6s+ early on the preorder day. I got confirmation emails to say my order has been received and I am seeing an order number when logged into My O2 on the web.

However, when I go to check this status I get an error message that this page is currently unavailable. It's always been like this and isn't getting fixed, I'm starting to lose confidence now.

O2 support are telling me that "we don't know why the website says that". They did say that they have my order but I don't seem to have any way of tracking it.

Is there anywhere else or somebody else that can help me find this info?

Thanks,

If the system is broken, it won't make any difference if you have been here 10 years or 10 mins.....

Hi @jtuk This is purely because there is no more information to be given as yet. The phones aren't with O2. When they are and the phone is dispatched 24th/25th you will get a tracking number. If this doesn't happen by the 25th then you need to contact CS and ask what is happening with your phone...

In this case it means "as soon as we receive stock from Apple, we'll let you know"

Which may or not be by the 25th. Luck of the draw really ...as it depends on how many units Apple allocate to O2

Hi Toby,

I would rather not as the URL contains my order number.

I log into My O2

Click my phone number to go to that account

Under "Recent orders" I can see my order number with the text "Click to view order details or to track shipments"

If I click the order number it takes me to the error page

It won't contain your order number if anyone else clicked it as it would require you to log in first.
Same as this is a link to My O2 but if you click it and log in it takes you to yours https://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Yes but the link looks like https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/myorders/details?ordernumber=xxxxxxxxxxxx

The "x"'s being where I removed my order number
