been getting code 14 and been on phone with o2 for 3 days now and still getting the code 14

I have managed to sort this error after about 100 calls to o2 and go no where. Request a new physical sim, once it arrives transfer your number over then go through the watch set up process. Worked first time for me after having error 14 issues for weeks.
