Hi,

I have just bought a new iphone11 from John Lewis to replace my iphone6. I have read the guides on here but my question does not appear to be answered

My question is: Do i just need to take the sim out of the old iphone 6 and put bit in the iphone11 or do i need to contact O2 to let them know I am changing phones?

Thanks

Steve

@Merlotboy

Just swap your sim to new phone, there's no need to tell O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
