Hi,

I have an issue where I have landline calls forwarded to my mobile (iphone XR). When a call comes through, it rings once and then either ends or goes to voicemail.

I have checked the setting and increased ring times etc but cannot figure out how to ring enough for me to answer the calls?

Any ideas gratefully received.

Thanks

thanks for the reply, the issue is not with the voicemail unfortunately. The issue is that my phone only rings once when I receive a diverted call. I have extended the ring time to 30 seconds but has made no difference.

I hadn't thought of trying that, thanks for the reply. I have disabled voicemail and I'll see what happens. Thanks again

@Conor_B

The problem is that the 30 seconds are being used up in the call handling process of diverting the call.

Turning off voicemail is the only way to extend the ringing of the phone.
