Mystery texts

I tried unsuccessfully to resolve this on live chat. I forwarded a text to my partner, she never got it. My bill shows 3 simultaneous charges for texts to a US landline, her daughters number, but my partner's name against it. No such texts showing as sent on messaging. Not a lot of money but seems totally bizarre. Phone is Lumia 650 on O2 pay monthly. Any ideas?!

I can only think you have the numbers linked in your contacts. Live chat really can't help with this, Much better to call customer service.

I don't suppose they share the same Windows ID at all?

Thanks guys good bit of lateral thinking! I found a second profile for my partner and lo and behold the number in question was there as a mobile. Solved!
