Ever since switching to O2 with an Iphone 13 mini I cannot get wifi calling to work even when the option is on on both my O2 and my iphone options

We've already been told that the option does not appear for customers on 360 as wifi calling is enabled by default and no way for the customer to control it in their MyO2.

Where and when, @MI5?
If you have a link, it'll make a simple answer to give to people who find out (somehow!?) that they are on the new System 360, and no longer on the legacy, billing system.

Not from @ColinO2, surprisingly, but from Breanna, @MI5 - which may go some way to explaining why 360 customers cannot find the setting in their MyO2 to enable it - they just have to select it on their handset, as I understand it:
Would be so much easier if those stuck in Legacy land here on the Forum were on 360...

I had WiFi calling on before the move to 360, so cannot say if the new default is on or not.
Having rummaged around I can't find it either...
