Good evening!
The motive behind this email is to report an incident. I placed an order few hours back of an I phone 15 pro but until now I haven't received any confirmation email or tracking number. The amount of 1.074,99 has been charged by my account (Receipt attached). I find this very unprofessional as I have been waiting for 3 hours now. I would like to have updates about my order and If not I would prefer getting the refund.
