When I enable WiFi calling, it tells me to visit the o2 website to enable it, however there is nowhere on the website or on my o2 to do so? It says to go to Devices on my o2 but there is no option for this?

You need to call O2 to enable it on your account Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Then turn it on in your MyO2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Nowhere does it say you must call O2 to enable WiFi calling on a personal tariff, I also have access to that page you have highlighted however there is nowhere on that page to turn on WiFi call. Seems O2 are purposefully making this difficult

Unfortunately, that is the process.

Further help here and check that your phone is compatible https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling
