Visual Voicemail on iPhone 6 gone

Anonymous
Not applicable

My visual voicemail is gone. I can only call voicemail, which I don't want at all. I want my old settings back!

I recently changed my tariff, but I can't say for certain that it is gone because of that or since iOS upgrade.

I called CS and was given the number 1750 to call, which only activates voicemail, not the visual voicemail.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this? I really don't want to deal with "press this key for option 1, 2, 3". This sucks!

It works! Thank goodness... a reminder to all O2 customers to check this when you swap or upgrade your SIM🤗

I wish I would have seen this before changing my tariff. I quickly saw that they needed to add the iPhone bolt on. However, O2 lost all but one of my old visual voicemails in the switch somehow. It makes absolutely no sense and they seem to have no idea how to retrieve them.

You'll find it impossible to retrieve any deleted voicemails unfortunately.
