Visual Voicemail not working

On my contract I originally had a Lumia 520 I switched to an iPhone 5 with the same sim. Although whatever I try I can't get visual voicemail to work

You won't have the correct data bolt on for VVM.
Call CS on 202 and ask them to put you on iData.

Yes, 202 from your o2 phone will put you through to CS.
The data tariff won't change until midnight though but you will be able to set up VVM tomorrow if you call today.
