Solved: Unlock phone

Hi I have been given an iphone to use my my brother in law .....I smashed mine, but I need it to be unlocked as I'm with another network and the manual form link isn't working can anyone help please

All methods of unlocking desctibed here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-SIM-card/ba-p/1... however, there are some delays in processing currently so it may take longer than usual.

Hi thank you for the reply, that's the post I've tried to use but when I click on manual form it says it isn't working at present so won't load the form for me to complete

It's been down for a while so you'll need to use the MyO2 method or just call customer services to pass on the details manually http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
