UNable to be heard when using TuGo

Anonymous

Hi

Any help will be appreciated. I have an iPhone 4 with IOS 7.1 installed and just prior to getting this installed TuGo as I have no signal at home. When I call someone using TuGo I cannot be heard but when using the standard mobile signal (away from home) I can make calls normally. The Mute button is NOT selected on TuGo.

Thanks

Cliver

Have you checked in settings that you haven't inadvertently disabled access to the microphone for the app? I think iOS7 has a microphone access setting page similar to the location services and contact access now.

TuGo has a volume control within it.

Next time your in a call use the volume buttons to raise the volume.

Thanks, I think your answer is for a user who cannot hear the other party. I can but they cannot hear me.

I have ensured the volume control on my handset is turned up, it does not affect my problem. The volume control within the TuGo app only controls what I hear, I believe, not the other way round.

I have called several numbers where this has occurred. All have been non-mobile handsets probably without a volume control.

I have called several numbers when I experienced this proble. Most calls have been to landlines, one was to O2 and they could not hear me.
