Something loose in my sons new iPhone 5s

My sons iPhone 5s which is less than a week old, has something loose inside it, We all have iPhones I never came across this before. Maybe someone can help ?

Sounds like a part is loose inside the casing, take it back to the shop you got it from. You are within the cooling off period so they should give you a replacement or your money back

@Anonymous do not hesitate. Bring it back asap, or if you bought it online contact the seller immediately. If it was O2 online call customer service on 202 if you're Pay Monthly or 4445 if PAYG.
