I tried to swap to a micro sim card yesterday afternoon 4pm. My old sim card died later last night. But my new sim card is still not working yet. My number has not been recognized for over 12 hrs. Is this due to the net work problem? Has any body else is experiencing the same problem?

Hi guys,
Just heard our provisioning teams have cleared the backlog and all outstanding orders, so things should be back to normal. I'm sorry the delays have caused you any inconvenience.
Cheers,
Leonard

Thanks for the update Leonard.

Still No Service, i'm loathed to call CS again, feel like packing it all up and sending it back, don't understand how I had service briefly for a few hours on Sunday, then back to this again.
Fuming.

Only CS can help you with this.

It's inevitable that one or two could have been lost in the system. Give them a call.

I had to swap sims because my old phone was stolen, they sent me the wrong sim card (I recieved a normal sim when I needed a micro-sim for iphone). Yesterday I called customer service to have my old sim switched to the micro sim but like you all have been saying, nothing is working. It says I have signal but I can't text or set up whatsapp, it's as if my number hasn't been connected to the phone. Also, there is no 3g even though it should be enabled. Will it eventually work out or do I need to make a visit to o2 and get them to fix it?
