Sim Swap not succeed after 24 hrs

I tried to swap to a micro sim card yesterday afternoon 4pm. My old sim card died later last night. But my new sim card is still not working yet. My number has not been recognized for over 12 hrs. Is this due to the net work problem? Has any body else is experiencing  the same problem?

I upgraded at 6:30pm on Friday evening, at the Apple store in Covent Garden. I was willing to hang on yesterday but I have really lost patience today. It just isn't good enough. Nobody has been able to get hold of me since Friday night. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

I performed my sim swap on Friday 12th October at 19:05, still no service

I just restarted my phone (maybe the 100th time??) and I now have some bars with O2-UK displayed at the top left rather than the previous No Service.

Doesn't look like I can receive calls or use 3G yet, but an improvement I guess??

I have literally just got service on the 24hr gong! Calls, text, iMessage & 3G! O2 must have pushed the reset button!!

I put my request in Friday 6pm and still nothing, old sim has been de-activated over 24 hours now.
