2 days ago my phone completely lost signal. I can't call, text or use mobile data. I've turned the phone off and I've reset network settings. Neither has worked. Network checker says should be fine. What can I do?

Have you tried the sim card in a different handset at all?

Or your sim in a different phone?

It might also be worth contacting Customer Services on 0344 8090 202 and requesting a new sim card.
