Can anyone put me right as to why I can not share videos to Facebook from my iPhone

From your album containing the video, tap select top right. 
Tap the video you want to share and a green tick will appear. 

Tap the share button, bottom left and then slide the apps across to Facebook. 
Tap Facebook and the video will upload. 
You need the Facebook app installed and you need to be logged in to the app.
