Good afternoon, I ordered an Xbox series x on Thursday 4th May, Paid £50 up front as well as £5.99 for next day AM delivery, a hard credit search has been done but it's now Sunday 7th and I have still not received the item, All the contract agreements have been emailed etc, My 02 order tracking shows the order received but that's it, it hasn't moved on to the processing part.
Any one have any ideas on what's going on or what to do?

@Richard_judge80 - This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 ) - it may be that the credit check delayed it until after the long weekend, or the item is out of stock.
