Hi @Anonymous
You have to ring CS again and explain this http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
The confusion seems to have occurred when you tried solve two problems with one phone call Obviously there was a bar placed on the old phone and sim. You will probably need a new sim for your old phone
Your priority is to get your new iphone 6 working....Only CS can resolve this

Your old sim will now be useless. There is no number attached as it's presumably been transferred to your new phone sim or are you saying you changed number?
Either way it's a bit of a mess and you need to call customer service to clarify.

I was under the impression that when a phone and sim has been blocked by the service provider, it can't be unblocked. And the new sim will have had the old number transferred to it. However, I may be wrong.
