hi all I have just used O2 refresh to get an upgrade. I chose an iPhone 6 plus but cannot for the life of me get used to it, I got it last Tuesday 14th October. The phone is still in tip top condition. Can I exchange it ????? Really regret changing from andoid note 3 😞

Hi, my contract doesn't end till March. I got my phone with o2 through carphone warehouse, however on my o2 app it says I can upgrade now and my bill will be payed off by you guys as I'm sticking with o2. Can I do this? or do I have to pay the rest of my bill off, as I read that this is only for o2 refresh customers and I'm not sure whether I have that.

You need to upgrade with O2 to a refresh contract and O2 will waive what you owe.

So could I upgrade now although I still have a couple months left of my contract and not pay the rest off or is it just best to wait? Sorry I'm new to all this haha
