hi all I have just used O2 refresh to get an upgrade. I chose an iPhone 6 plus but cannot for the life of me get used to it, I got it last Tuesday 14th October. The phone is still in tip top condition. Can I exchange it ????? Really regret changing from andoid note 3 😞

Please do - we did hear of a shop refusing to do this recently due to a badly advised staff member, hence the suggestion to lodge it with CS too.....

I hope you get the handset your going to be happy with.

If you do move from the iPhone to the Note then ensure customer services move you Off iData Settings on your account or your internet could glitch.

I would imagine it quite difficult to go back to a smaller phone after owning a Note 3 wink
