The phone was purchased from O2 in February 2018. Unlocked and SIM-Free. Can I somehow contact the seller and ask to send a copy of receipt. For example by email. Unfortunately, I live in Belarus and I can not use the chat or directly call. There is no purchase information in the My O2 account, I created new it to ask this question.

@zanyblablablany You can call O2 customer service directly from any phone anywhere on +44800 032 1402. If you have Skype, that's a good way to make the call.

Thanks for trying to help. I asked O2 manager through facebook page they said they couldn't provide that data. Only direct seller could provide this receipt through o2 account which I haven't. So thank you, but it seems like a deadend.
