I BOUGHT AN IPHONE XR CHARGING CASE FROM O2 ONLINE STORE AND WHEN IT ARRIVED IT COULD NOT CHARGE ITSELF OR MY PHONE. IT APPEARS TO BE FAULTY BUT I CANNOT FIND A PLACE TO GET A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS THE O2 WEBSITE IS NOT USER FRIENDLY. I CAN’T EVEN FIND A MEMBER OF STAFF TO SPEAK TO AS THE CHATBOT IS INACCESSIBLE FOR MY SPECIFIC CASE...

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
