Hi I bought Samsung earphones before Christmas and have been using them to work from home. But they have now stopped working, o2 won't take my call as it's not a stolen item or anything like that, but I desperately need to have them replaced ASAP. So I can resume my work, can anybody give me advice on how to go about this please
