Problems with roaming

I’m currently in Spain. Everything was working fine. My contract’s coverages were working just like they would at home. However a few days ago, data, calls and texts stopped working suddenly. When I try to call someone, a voicemail saying “This option is not available. Please contact customer service.” pops up. How am I supposed to fix it if I can’t ring them? I know I could email them, but it would take too long for them to finally fix it.

You can login to your MyO2 and change your security question and answer so you know what it is when you call but if you ask them they should give you a hint to your old question.
