Phone unlocking

I have been trying to get my iPhone 7 unlocked for a week now. I had submitted requests through the app, by phone, through gurus in live chat and still no unlock. I was guaranteed by several gurus that it would definitely be completed by the end of yesterday, which never happened. I really needed the phone unlocked by today and now all I have is a useless phone.

Someone needs to give O2 a kick where it hurts over this fiasco.

Since they are now selling all phones unlocked, they appear to have lost the ability to unlock phones sold before this

Agreed, it’s very frustrating especially because I have been lied to so so many times!!
