I have been trying to get my iPhone 7 unlocked for a week now. I had submitted requests through the app, by phone, through gurus in live chat and still no unlock. I was guaranteed by several gurus that it would definitely be completed by the end of yesterday, which never happened. I really needed the phone unlocked by today and now all I have is a useless phone.

Someone needs to give O2 a kick where it hurts over this fiasco. Smiley Mad

Since they are now selling all phones unlocked, they appear to have lost the ability to unlock phones sold before this
