Phone ringing when no signal?! TuGO issue?

Hi

I have an iPhone6 on O2, and have a bit of a weird issue.

When in my office at work, I get no signal so dont recieve any phone calls to my handset

One of my friends mailed me to ask why I keep pushing their calls to Voicemail - they said whenever they call me, they hear a ringtone one or 2 times before voicemail kicks in - however my handset doesn't ring, and I dont get any missed call notifications/emails?

I tried calling my mobile from my deskphone and i got the same experience.
I initially suspected this may be because I had TuGo open and my phone connected to the wifi - however I've disabled both of these and still get the same experience?

Anyone else aware of this or what causes it?

fixed it!

I saw on another post to check the call forwarding details by dialling*#62# - it looked like if my number was unreachable the call would get forwarded to a UK mobile number ending in 4656 - I have no idea what that number is but bizarrely if that didnt pick up my VM would kick in?!

Anyway - amended those details now and calls now go straight to VM without the additional rings - thanks for the suggestions

Unfortunately no luck!

I disabled/uninstalled TuGO from both my iphone and ipad but no luck

Concluded it may be facetime related but disabled that on my phone/ipad and macbook but still no joy.

Running out of ideas...

Try turning off voicemail within the Tugo app.
