Hello, i have an iphone 13 pro max, my previous phone was iphone 11 pro, i was able to use the personal hotspot and connect to other devices such as my laptop and smart tv, but since getting this new iphone i can’t connect to my tv, although i can share it with my previous iphone. when setting up the network on the tv my iphone won’t even show up in the list of networks. with my previous phone i had no problems with this. i have been trying to solve this issue since this morning with no luck. any help would be appreciated.

thank you

Ask O2 to check they have enabled iData on your account.

Also make sure your data apn is set to "idata.o2.co.uk"

It makes no difference what your apn is set to if iData is not enabled account side by O2.
