Had a apple watch for over a year now, data plan has worked fine, now it won’t connect, tried everything resetting, updating etc since won’t connect to my data plan all I keep getting is oops something went wrong ring 02 quoting error code 17. No idea why it’s just dropped off suddenly, rang 02 said they see nothing wrong their end, apple support says it’s working as it should be. Anyone help me with this, as it’s driving me mad. I can’t have my phone at work so rely on this for important messages and calls, other than buying a new watch which i don’t want to do I’m stumped

Only O2 can really help you so you must keep trying with them.

Did you make any account changes, upgrades or anything at all that may have coincided with the issue?
