If u are reading this o2 then stop and give people a hand with there phone instead of keep sending out insane phone bills when ive already paid taking money from my account whenever u want its my account its not a free for all but all i want is help. Talk to a guru press here where is the f guru on a break or more likely at the cashpoint taking more money from me. Why do you make things so f hard press this press that press this press that im now in the hospital with blisters on my fingers. Why cant i just press where it says talk to a guru and then talk to one why do i have to press a million things then end up with do i want to take my phone into a shop if i wanted to do that i would have done over an hour ago and i probley havent got any bus fare cos you have probley got all my f money again. Make life easier for people not crap like this. And why im going mental here GET MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT ONCE AGAIN. O MICK WE WILL HAVE THAT BACK INTO BY THE MORN that was f 9 days ago o mick its two to five working days o mick its 5 to ten working days WHEN IS IT or do you need another sub you are a joke never ever again. How can a 27 pound bill turn into 270 . 00 then 255.00 then 13.01 i dont owe you nothing ive paid u so much money you should change the name to 0mick2. Got to go now but thanks for help with my mobile NOT. if anyone in dalkeith midlothian shopping thats me outside morrisons f busking untill o2 pays me back so be kind ive 2 kids sore fingers and not very happy but never mind ive a phone that doesint work propley
