O2 app

Just downloaded the app for my iPad and my sign in details are not recognised. I thought I had forgotten my password so have accessed my account via the website then armed with the correct details I tried again but it will still not accept. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated before I contact 02 help.

Is it trying to send a text to verify your number?
