O2 Open Code

Hello, I've just got an O2 Open code which offers a 30% discount on the air time tarriff. Can this code only be used when I take out a new O2 Refresh contract?....and does it have to be done in store? Why can't it be done online or over the phone? Thanks

I upgraded on Friday and took my code but the 02 worker said they don't apply the code in-store, you have to do it on-line but I have no idea how to do that, can someone tell me how that's done???

As far as I know the discount has to be applied instore and cannot be done online or over the phone.

It still is only available on instore deals and does have to be presented in store, and only on Refresh so nothing has changed there.

I don't work in a store, I believe it did used to be via a form instore, but this makes it a bit easier, believe it may have changed a few months ago?
