When i try to connect it comes up withthe message 'Not subscribed to cellular data service'. I am on PAYG with plenty of data allowance left. Hope someone can help!

Hi MI5, Thanks for your reply. I am not sure what you mean by APN. I have gone into the general settings on the phone but cant find anything about APN. There is VPN but that isnt for that kind of information.

To get to the correct area of the settings:

  • Tap Settings
  • Tap General
  • Tap Cellular or Mobile Data
  • Tap Cellular Data Network or Mobile Data Network

Have you checked to see if there are any signal problems in your area? http://status.o2.co.uk/

If no problems are being reported, ring Customer Service on 4445.

Check the apn to make sure it's correct for your account.
It should be "payandgo.o2.co.uk"
